UrthBox’s healthy snack boxes are premade. There are four different snack boxes to choose from: Classic, Gluten-Free, Vegan and Diet. You can choose any one of these boxes but they cannot be combined to make a Gluten-Free Vegan box. So while these are somewhat customized to fit your needs they are not fully customizable. You cannot choose the snacks and drinks in your box based on your likes so there’s a chance you could get something you won’t like. But remember, the whole point is to explore different foods and buy healthy organic snacks.

I got a Vegan box subscription as a gift. I just recently started a vegan only diet and these snacks help me stick to it. Negative Reviews
This company manipulated me into signing a contract with them that I did not agree to. I signed up for 6 months and that is all. They then, charged my card for 6 more months afterwards and I did not agree to those terms. Their language is hidden and ambiguous. When I tried to call them, multiple times, no one returned my calls. I then disputed with my credit card, to which, and only then-did Urthbox respond-to them. They have a HORRIBLE business practice. They trapped me in a contract and then basically said too bad. For such a healthy business this company is toxic and manipulative and have poor customer service and a horrible business practice. Stay as far away from them as possible. Two months later. Still no product and I’m still out my $77. This company is the worst. Ever. – Tami G., Yelp 12/22/2015
