Chia Yogurt Parfait Cups

- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup fresh berries
- 2 tbsp granola or oats
Mix chia seeds into yogurt and let sit for 10–15 minutes (or overnight).
In a jar or glass, layer chia yogurt, berries, and granola.
